PhotoRobot places exceptional emphasis on the quality and functionality of our machines throughout their entire lifecycle. To this end, all machine control units feature a built-in diagnostic system, allowing for the resolution of issues often before they occur. The system remotely monitors operating temperatures, and various other key parameters. This enables timely support responses, and helps to ensure uninterrupted production for our customers.

Our experienced technical support team is ready to address any challenges – either remotely, or directly on-site at the customer’s location. We maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts for immediate replacements, while our factory-trained technicians are prepared for any situation thanks to hands-on experience with machine production. 

To meet various service requirements, we offer the following service plans:

PWS Contract
Best Choice
The PWS Contract is paid one-time annually, and fully covers customer needs with no additional charges. It provides priority technical support, a virtually unlimited warranty on all machine components (excluding consumables), and covers firmware updates. The plan may also include travel expenses configurable and dependent on the specific contract terms. Everything is taken care of 100%.
Support Contract
The Standard Support Contract exists for customers who prefer access to technical support but opt for paid service interventions. It is valid for 12-months at a time on purchase, and provides direct access to PhotoRobot specialist technicians and service support on a fee-per-incident basis.
Ad-Hoc Contract
The Ad-Hoc Contract is for clients who are not currently prioritizing machine operability, technical support, or service. It offers a high-tier, ad-hoc rate to address these needs should any arise, and customer priorities unexpectedly change.
